Chairman's Message

It was always my passion for the indigenous food of home and was inspired to inject a new energy into Arabic and Indian dining. Team of Andalus set out to focus on an area of the Arabic and Indian menu that rarely gets much emphasis while at the same time reinvigorating and enhancing the entire experience.


From India and Middle East, Andalus brings classic cuisine to the modern metropolis. Here the kebabs are king. Pulled off the appetizers menu and brought centre stage, these skewers of tender meat, vegetables and paneer are cooked to perfection in authentic clay ovens.


Experience these delicious treasures from the wild borders of India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and centuries old traditional Middle Eastern recipes with exotic marinades and fragrant rubs and grilled with wisdom and passion. For a true dynastic feast, Andalus has handpicked delicacies from the Royal house of Mughal including Barra Kebab, Sikandari Raan and Hyderabadi Biryani.

Al Andalus was the name given to the territory under Muslim control on the Iberian Peninsula during the Middle Ages between the Muslim invasion in 711 and their expulsion in 1492.

Led by Tàriq ibn Ziyad and Mussa ibn Nussayr, the Muslim forces disembarked on April 27th 711 Gibraltar and on July 19th defeated the Visigoth King Roderic at the Battle of Guadalete.

Between 711 and 716, the Muslims took control of the whole of the Iberian Peninsula apart from the mountainous Pyrenean and Cantabrian regions.

This was often achieved through pacts with the leaders of the collapsing Visigoth settlements, who, unable to offer much resistance, came to agreements with invading forces in return for privileges.

Our highly trained and passionate chefs with unrivaled Middle Eastern and Indian culinary skills and knowledge working in our kitchen are committed to using only the freshest ingredients when preparing all dishes and has incorporated many original Middle Eastern and Indian secrets in his food preparation.


One of these cooking each dish fresh every time may take a little longer, but the flavors reward the wait! From grinding our own spices, to making yogurt and cheese from fresh cow milk, our chefs personally check on the products we buy in to ensure they meet their exact standards hence preparing everything from scratch.


We never use any processed or packaged ingredients for our BBQ preparations.
